Terms and Conditions let you know what you can and can't do with our services,
and what happens if you do something that you were told not to do.
On our end,

are available to you, but we can't help it if the system is affected by
things we cannot control, for example, faults in telephone networks. We

final. We are under no obligation to communicate any such decision or the
reasons for the decision to anyone.

not be liable regardless of the form of action for any damages, losses,
compensation, expenses, or costs whatsoever (whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential and whether foreseeable or not) arising out of
or in connection with or referable to LoveByte.org.sg or your use of/
access to LoveByte.org.sg or any use of/ access to any other websites linked
to LoveByte.org.sg. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we shall not
be liable or responsible in any way for the conduct, actions or omissions
of any person who accesses or uses LoveByte.org.sg or obtains any information
about you directly or indirectly through LoveByte.org.sg.
We reserve
the right to review and amend any of the terms, conditions, disclaimers,
exclusions or policy statements below at any time in our sole discretion
without any notice to you. We further reserve the right to publish any
other terms, conditions, disclaimers, exclusions or policy statements
on LoveByte.org.sg. Any amendment, modification or addition shall take
effect on the date specified by us. In the event of any inconsistency
between the provisions below and such other terms, conditions, disclaimers,
exclusions or policy statements, we have the right to decide which (or
any part thereof) will prevail and/or exclude the application of any of
them (or any part thereof). Any decision of ours under this clause shall
be final and conclusive and binding on you.

When I get married, I will

a. give SDU written notice of my marriage with the documents confirming my status.

b. cease to participate in all SDU activities with effect from the date that I register for marriage.

I will keep confidential all information that I obtain about other members through my participation in SDU activities, and will continue to do so even if and when I am no longer an SDU member.

I will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited infomation for any commercial purposes.

| 5. |
On no account will SDU be liable :

| a. |
for any inaccuracy in the information provided to members (including but not limited to information provided by
other members to SDU for the purposes of SDU activities); and

| b. |
for any injuries (including death), damages or other losses sustained by members while participating in any programme or activity organised by SDU.

| 6. |
The information given in my application is true and correct. False information in the application and submission of false or tampered documents will render the application invalid and immediately terminate any SDU membership.

Your age is calculated based on the exact date of birth at the time of processing. E.g. If you are turning 30 and you have not reached your birthday, you are still considered 29 years old.
Fees for subscription to other services (Table 4 Two, Computer Matchmaking, etc) are separate.

If you are
only browsing this website, we do not capture information that allows us
to identify you individually.

If you so
choose to become our member, or to make any transaction through LoveByte.org.sg,
we would ask you to provide us with your personal information. If you
provide your personal information, you shall be taken to have consented
to the storage, retention and use by us of any such information.

We may share
necessary information with other Government agencies and agencies authorised
by the Government to carry out specified functions, information about
or pertaining to you, unless it is prohibited by law. Notwithstanding
this, if there is any change in the personal information you have provided
us or in your status, it shall be your duty to notify us immediately of
such a change.

We may also
keep records relating to your access to our web server. For that purpose,
cookies may be sent by our server to your system and may be collected
by our company due to your access to our server by using your system.

You must
keep you Login ID and password secure at all times. Sharing of Login ID
and password is prohibited.

You agree that all your personal information which you submit to us in relation to
or through LoveByte.org.sg or upload onto LoveByte.org.sg, including your
name, email address, contact address/telephone numbers, photograph and
any other information that you disclose may be viewed or obtained by all
persons who access or use LoveByte.org.sg.

You must
keep confidential any information (including personal particulars and
photographs) about anyone that you receive directly or indirectly through
your use of access to LoveByte.org.sg or otherwise in relation to LoveByte.org.sg.
You must not use such information in any manner except for the purposes
for which LoveByte.org.sg has made such information available or the purposes
for which LoveByte.org.sg has been set up.

To improve the security of online transfers of information, all electronic transmissions of personal information have been secured with commercially reasonable security procedures. We are not responsible for any harm that you or anyone else may suffer as a result of a breach of security because of your use of LoveByte.org.sg.

SDU reserves
the right to (a) amass, harvest, collect, track and store any information
or data regarding yourself or your activities or usage of LoveByte.org.sg
by using cookies, data-tracking software and such other software, tracking
devices or processes which enable us to do so; and (b) trade, sell, disseminate
or disclose to any third party statistical information (the "Statistical
Information") pertaining directly or indirectly to persons who access
and/or use of LoveByte.org.sg or otherwise in relation to LoveByte.org.sg.
Any such Statistical Information will not disclose your identity, or contain
any information which may identify you.

We may take
any action with respect to or disclose any information provided by you
for the purposes of (a) compliance with any requirement of law, order
of court or any legal or administrative proceedings; or (b) identifying,
contacting or bringing any legal action against you or any other user

any individual or party believed to be causing injury or interference
with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property,
the rights or property of any user, or anyone else that could be harmed
by such activities.

of confidentiality shall survive the lapse of this agreement and/or your
SDU membership.

You must
not post or otherwise communicate on or through LoveByte.org.sg any message,
comment, statement or material which is offensive, objectionable, disparaging,
defamatory or illegal.

In addition
to any other remedies or legal recourse we may have against you in law,
we may terminate your SDU membership or stop you from participating in
SDU programmes or using any SDU facilities if you breach any of the terms
of LoveByte.org.sg or fail to comply with any direction issued by SDU
from time to time.

We are entitled
to rely on the correct entry of a Login ID and password as conclusive
evidence of the authenticity of the instruction and authority of the originator
of such instruction.

The copyright
in LoveByte.org.sg is owned by SDU or our licensors. No part of parts
hereof may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, modified, republished,
displayed, broadcasted, hyperlinked, framed or transmitted in any manner
or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without SDU's
prior written permission. You also may not, without the prior written
permission of SDU, insert a hyperlink to LoveByte.org.sg on any other
website or "mirror" any information contained on LoveByte.org.sg on any
other server.

By accessing
and or using LoveByte.org.sg, you agree that Singapore law shall govern
such access and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore
courts.
