By submitting your Application, you are considered
to have agreed to these conditions and have made the declaration
below. If you disagree, please do not apply. |

| Terms & Conditions |
1. |
SDU membership is open only to Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident University Graduates who are single. |
| 2. |
Please note that you are not eligible for
membership if you are separated from your spouse or if
your divorce/annulment papers are not available at the
time of application. |
| 3. |
All photographs and documents sent to us are
non-returnable. |
| 4. |
All information given will be treated as strictly
confidential. |
| 5. |
SDU reserves the right not to accept your
application. |
| 6. |
Your application will be approved only upon
clearance of your payment by the bank and upon verification
of the educational qualifications (and others if applicable,
eg. Divorced, Annulled & Widowed), and any other screening
processes that SDU deems fit to maintain its integrity. |
| 7. |
SDU will issue you an SDU Membership Card
when your application has been approved. You are required
to produce this card as identification when participating
in activities organised by SDU and/or its appropriately
appointed partners. [SDU Activities] |
8. |
You must not post or otherwise communicate any message, comment, statement or material which is offensive, objectionable, disparaging, defamatory or illegal. |
9. |
SDU reserves the right to terminate your membership
if the situation warrants it, without prior notice and
without the need to give any reasons. |

| I declare that |
1. |
I am an employee of the SDU Corporate Gift
Membership company. |
2. |
I am not married and I am a Singaporean/or Singapore Permanent Resident with a University degree. |
| 3. |
When I get married, I will
a. give SDU written notice of my marriage with the necessary
documentary proof.
b. cease to participate in all SDU Activities with effect
from the date that I register for marriage. |
4. |
I will keep confidential all information
that I obtain about other members through my participation
in SDU Activities, and will continue to do so even if and
when I am no longer an SDU member. |
5. |
I will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited infomation for any commercial purposes. |
6. |
I will not hold SDU liable should anything
untoward happen to me while participating in any SDU Activity. |
7. |
I will not hold SDU responsible for the accuracy
and reliability of the information that another person
has provided to SDU, as part of the process of my invitation
/recommendations. I will ensure that all details provided
by any other persons is true and valid for SDU's necessary
usage and processing. |

The information given in this application
are true and correct and I understand that I am liable
to be prosecuted for any false and incorrect information
given by me, or any other person, whom by association with
me, has had to provide SDU with necessary personal information
for the purpose of participation in SDU Activities. |

You will not be required to pay the above-mentioned
Membership fee if your organization is on our list of Corporate
Gift M'ship Account. |
2. |
Your age is calculated based on the exact
date of birth at the time of processing. E.g. If you are
turning 30 and you have not reached your birthday, you
are still considered 29 years old. |
3. |
SDU will not be held liable should anything
untoward happen to members while participating in any SDU
programme or activity. |
4. |
Fees for subscription to other services (Table
for Two, Computer Matchmaking, etc) are separate. |
